At ReFocus AI, I’m currently driving product, engineering, and customer success, spearheading our AI and GenAI strategy to help insurers automate their complete service function. Before that, I led the turnaround at SimplifyVMS, where I re-architected the platform, streamlined delivery, and helped shift the company’s trajectory earning top marks in customer satisfaction and product velocity.
I was part of the core leadership team at AtlasHXM, where I built and launched a full-featured Human Capital Management platform, scaled a global team across five continents, and contributed to a successful Series B raise. Earlier, at SAP, I led platform product strategy for solutions handling over 3 billion transactions per day.
